As a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, I am authorised to produce Energy Performance Certificates and lodge them on the central Landmark register. All EPC's lodged are given a 24-digit RRN (Report Reference Number) which the client can then use to retrieve the report. An EPC assessment is typically done within 72 hrs of booking confirmation and the report can usually be uploaded within 24 hrs of the assessment and in most cases on the day of the assessment. EPC for a Home Information Pack The EPC is lodged with a central register where the Home Seller, Estate Agent, Solicitor or other HIP supplier can retrieve the report directly. They are then responsible to compile the EPC with the other HIP documents. An email with a link to the registered report is sent on completion. A PDF copy of the EPC report and the 'Asset Rating' (used by the Estate Agent for the property particulars) can be provided via email at no additional charge. A colour hard copy of the EPC report can also be sent for a small additional admin charge - please request at time of ordering. EPC for Landlords/Lettings/Rental The EPC is lodged with the central register and an email sent with the link to the report. I aim to acknowledge all orders within 24 hrs. | Home Information Pack Supply Home Information Packs are supplied to meet the mandatory contents as required by the regulations. A national HIP supplier compiles the HIP and has a dedicated support team and phone line in the case of enquiries.
Purchasing direct with the HIP supplier ensures you are the legal owner of the HIP as well as benefitting from direct pricing. As standard the HIP is supplied in electronic format (printable pdf file) but professionally printed and bound colour hard copies can also be provided at cost price.
